Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Florence & Olive to be a part of your event. We are honoured to contribute to your special day.

Deposit and Booking:
To secure our services for your chosen date, a non refundable deposit is required.
Any of our packages must be booked at least 6 months before your wedding day.

Planning and Coordination Fees:
Wedding packages:
All time spent planning your event will be billed at the standard rate of £45 per hour unless you choose our Signature or Tailored packages where you receive 8 hours of planning within the package. Any hours outside of these 8 will be charged at the standard rate on top of your package..

The Signature package is charged at 15% of your total wedding budget spend with a minimum fee of £5400 for a maximum of 8 hours on the day for under 200 guests including 8 hours of planning.

The Tailored package is charged at 12% of your total wedding budget spend with a minimum fee of £3495 for a maximum of 8 hours on the day for under 200 guests including 8 hours of planning.

The Whisper package is a day fee starting at £2895 for a maximum of 8 hours on the day for under 200 guests. All time spent planning this event will be at the rate of £45 per hour.

You will receive your final invoice 21 days prior to your wedding day. This needs to be cleared no later than 14 days before your wedding day.
All weddings with over 200 guests will be charged accordingly.
All other events will be charged as agreed upon in your proposal.
Any travel further than one hour of Newbury, West Berkshire will be charged accordingly, as will any accommodation required for Florence & Olive.

Suppliers and their Payments:
It’s essential to clarify with us the specific services you will require.
Payments to selected suppliers are the client's responsibility and should be made in accordance with the suppliers' terms and conditions.

All suppliers will be co ordinated by Florence & Olive, but all invoices will be settled directly by the client.

In the event that you choose to engage third-party suppliers outside of our recommended suppliers, it is imperative that you maintain transparency with Florence & Olive. A formal introduction is required to facilitate our operational duties effectively, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to all relevant terms and conditions stipulated by your selected suppliers. Should you opt to supply any items directly to your event without our coordination, it is essential that we are duly informed to facilitate the provision of the contracted services.
Please be advised that any damage, breakages, or loss of items sourced from either our inventory or your designated suppliers during the course of your event are solely your responsibility and not that of Florence & Olive.

Cancellations:
Written notice of any cancellations must be provided at least 90 days before the event.
Florence & Olive can assist in cancelling selected suppliers, but clients must adhere to the suppliers' cancellation policies.
Your Florence & Olive deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation and serves as the exit fee.
Any outstanding invoices for planning time and associated meetings, and additional charges will be treated as standard service fees, payable within 7 days of the exit invoice.
If you cancel under 21 days before your event the full invoice will need to be cleared.

Termination by Florence & Olive:
We reserve the right to cancel any services outlined in this agreement, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client.
In the event of termination by us, fifty percent (50%) of the Retainer Deposit shall be reimbursed to the client within a period of thirty (30) days following the issuance of the termination notice, unless such termination is attributable to a complete absence of communication or a breakdown in communication initiated by the client.
